I used to have a bit of a phobia about medical clinics/Dr’s and would dread every appointment. That all changed when I started seeing Austin at Summit Primary Care. He listens to your concerns (and boy do I have a lot of them 😂) and is very flexible and open minded. I definitely feel like I’m in a better place today because of Austin and the care/treatment I received during some very difficult times.

I have been coming to see Austin Francom for a few years now and have never been so happy with a PCP. He listens to me and takes the time to make sure my questions are answered & treats me like a person instead of another chart number in the clinic. There is a lady at the front desk that is SO sweet. We moved away from the clinic and I still drive an hour to go there…thats gotta mean something 🙂

We love these providers! They spend more time with their patients than the average provider, listen to my concerns and help me make decisions about my families health. The providers do their best to educate and inform their patients on the best possible treatments and outcomes. I have been so impressed with their attitudes, friendliness and the way they help me understand my own healthcare. I recommend these providers to everyone!

Love the personalized care and genuine concern from all of the providers at summit clinical and family practice. They’re all knowledgeable and take time to listen to your needs. When my primary provider was not there the other nurse practitioners were happy to see me for a sick visit or any of my needs.

I just recently moved to the area and was recommended by a friend to visit Summit. When visiting Summit for the first time, I was greeted immediately and felt comfortable the moment I walked in. They pay close attention to detail and I felt like the staff was very welcoming and really listened. I rarely leave reviews but I was very impressed.

We visited the office just over a month ago and our experience was great! My boyfriend was having frequent side pains and we expected he might have kidney stones. They were very kind and informative during the entire visit and got us in for an ultrasound the next day. Thank you very much for taking great care of us!
